SHIPPING
All pieces are hand made by our small team and made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day the order was placed for dispatch.
All orders are sent via DHL express or UPS express.
International – Flat delivery cost of $25 on all orders under $250
Within Indonesia – Free shipping
We are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers, on the rare occasion your order can arrive outside the quoted time frame.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@loery.com
We do not ship to or accept PO Boxes as an address
Loery will not be held liable for customs, imports duties & taxes. If you have any questions regarding rules and regulations we recommend you contact your local duties and customs office.
ORDERS
Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm. If you purchase on a weekend or public holiday we will process on the following business day.
RETURNS
Loery does not offer refunds. We will provide store credit or exchange for items not worn and within 7 days of receiving. Refunds are only given on faulty products. All pieces are thoroughly quality controlled before packing and shipping.
Exchanges are provided if received within 7 days of receiving your order, all swing tags and labels must be attached + garment bag. Customer will be responsible for the delivery charges for exchanges. Delivery is not not refunded on exchanges.
Orders are dispatched from Bali Indonesia, therefor all exchanges are to be sent back to Bali Indonesia.
Store credit does not have an expiry date and be used online at any time.
Undergarments and bodysuits are final sale

Loery does not provide a shipping label on returns of exchanges.
Sale items are final sale and will not be accepted or refund, credit/exchange
All costs to return the garment back to Indonesia is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use tracking with the carrier in case the garment is lost during the mailing process you will be charged the cost of the garment.
