All pieces are hand made and made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day the order was placed for dispatch.

Flat delivery cost of $25 on all orders under $250 - all orders are sent by express delivery.

Orders in Indonesia, will be shipped for free. Orders in Indonesia orders will be sent by JNE.

We are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers, on the rare occasion your order can arrive outside the quoted time frame.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@loery.com

Loery does not offer refunds. We will provide store credit or exchange for items not worn and within 7 days of receiving, not including refund of delivery cost. Refunds are only given on faulty products. All pieces are thoroughly quality control checked before packing and shipping. We do not provide shipping labels. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Bali, Indonesia where we dispatch from.
